SuiteBox is a tech start-up, operating in a number of global markets. With more capital raising it was time the business to invest in accelerating the growth in trialists and subscribers to their platform.
We identified the tech start-up needed to take an inbound marketing approach combined with outbound sales, and consolidate their tech-stack to enable scale. We implemented HubSpot for their CRM, Marketing Automation and CMS to enable easier and faster content management with linked insights across all channels. Once implemented, we built a number of lead nurture and customer success workflows and succeeded in improving the email open rates to an average of 35%.
We started a PPC campaign and in four months delivered:
- 108% increase website sessions with 28% conversion from organic traffic
- 590% increase in average conversions per month (new trialists)
- 71% reduction in cost per conversion
- 63% increase in number new contacts/leads
